We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:  

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

🔄 Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for eligible products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must meet return eligibility conditions
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

💳 Refunds (Prepaid & COD Orders)

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer / UPI (details will be requested)

Bank processing time may vary slightly depending on your provider.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing & Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 4–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delays may occur due to courier or external factors

🌍 International / EU Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
