4. Customized / Personalized Orders

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate customization details, including spellings, names, images, and logos.

  • Once a customized order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • uniquedekho will not be responsible for errors caused due to incorrect details submitted by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

  • This applies to both customized and non-customized products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship products only within India.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • uniquedekho shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Customized / personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

9. User Accounts

  • Users may create an account to place orders.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • uniquedekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

10. User-Uploaded Content

  • Customers may upload names, images, logos, or text for product customization.

  • You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the uploaded content.

  • uniquedekho is not liable for copyright violations arising from customer-uploaded content.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and layout, is the property of uniquedekho and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

uniquedekho shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect customization details provided by customers

  • Courier delays or delivery failures

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Temporary website unavailability

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
